The Workers Museum invites you to Workers Kitchen, museum visit and treasure hunting or quiz Wednesday 2 August. Total price 125 SEK for adults and 30 DKK for children

Wednesday – day in the middle of the week, where everyday trivialities are felt. Why not get a vitamin injection with good food and culture? At the Workers Museum you can take your family, friend or colleague along for a nice afternoon and evening where community, conversation and history is in focus.

Afternoon visit and treasure hunt

Before dining, it is possible to visit the museum. And there are eight exhibitions to choose from, including the Children’s Workers Museum, where you are allowed to play with everything! You can also take the kids around the museum on our image treasure hunt, which everyone can contribute to. For adults and bigger children, you can also take the quiz with 24 questions that guide you through the museum’s permanent exhibitions. Normal price is 20 kr, but is free if you who eat in Workers Kitchen this day.

If you have reserved a seat in Workers Kitchen you will be admitted to the museum at a reduced price of DKK 60 for adults on Wednesday 2 August. Children always have free admission to the Workers Museum. Just show the confirmation from the Workers Kitchen in the entrance.

The opening hours of the museum on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2017 are 10:00 to 19:00.

Workers Kitchen – solid Danish food served at long tables

On the first Wednesday of each month, the The Workers Musuem’s restaurant, Café and Øl-Halle 1892 invites you to the Workers Kitchen, where home-cooked food is served at very reasonable prices. Here old and young people gather around an evening meal, everybody is welcome to join. It starts at. 18.00 and ends at. 20:00. The coffee is on the house, and you bring your own plate to the dishes.

The menu for Wednesday the 2nd of August is Danish meatballs with potato salad and pickled cucumber

Price: 65, – for adults and 30, – for children

Dessert is ‘rødgrød’ with cream and costs 30 kr. per person
