This is happening:

⭐ Explore the brand-new exhibition “Women’s Lives” and meet both well-known and lesser-known women who have fought for their place in history. In the exhibition’s banner workshop, you can create your very own banner and learn the proper way to carry it.

Every day from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the special exhibition area.
⭐ Inspired by the heroines of history, you can create your very own hero figure in fabric. Decide whether your figure possess empathy, courage, determination, or perhaps another special quality.

Every day from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the banquet hall.
⭐ Visit the Children’s Workers Museum, where you can play the role of a grocer, work as a bottle sorter at the Brewery, visit the pawnshop with Mom’s coat, and play with everything.

Every day at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM – please inquire at the store.
⭐ Explore the new backyard, where you can experience the life of working-class children in the 1930s. Discover discarded items, sit on the outhouse, learn old-fashioned games, “terre” and “jante,” and be surprised by the cannon photographer or the barrel organ grinder:

  • At 10:30 AM, we play “terre” and “jante” and engage in other old-fashioned backyard games.
  • At 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM, you can learn about the cannon photographer and have your own historical portrait taken.
  • At 2:30 PM, we bring out the barrel organ, play melodies, and tell tall tales about the legendary barrel organ grinders.

Feeling hungry? Visit our cozy café and taste our biscuits and Rich’s. Alternatively, dine at our restaurant Café & Øl-halle, where an adult can bring a child under 12 years old for free to enjoy the extensive open-faced sandwich buffet. No one leaves hungry!
