Whether you are celebrating a major anniversary, hosting an important conference or a debate, or planning your wedding reception, our Banquet Hall provides stunning, historical surroundings for the occasion. For your department meeting or for a workshop, the Louis Pio conference room is available to you and your guests, and all AV-facilities are available on the day. If you are hosting an intimate reception, creative workshops or a talk that deserves a unique setting, the Assembly Hall Attic has the perfect ambiance. No matter what function or event, our events department operates with the highest standards of service. We offer a range of popular meeting- and event packages, and we are also happy to create a custom-made event to meet your specific needs. We offer to plan everything for you, including guided tours or activities at the museum, catering, meeting facilities and materials, seating plans as well as waiting and clearing staff. We have AV equipment (projector, pc, various types of microphones and a sound system), as well as everything else you might need. What we do not have in-house, we will be happy to source for you. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to create the best setting and programme for your event. Catering Whether you are looking for a simple, Danish business lunch or fine French cuisine for a company celebration, the talented team at the museum’s restaurant Café og Ølhalle ’1892’ can provide all the catering you need for your event. We have a flexible and creative team of dining professionals, who always have time to discuss the menu you wish to offer your guests. Guided Tours of the Museum and Other Activities We have a range of offers to kick-start your event, provide a break during it, or as a way to end it. Our capable guides can give you a tour of one of our exhibitions, or you can book a presentation on the history of the museumworkers’ community centre – The Assembly Hall, which houses the museum . We are happy to suggest something adapted to your individual event. We are also happy to open the exhibitions in the museum during your event, even when outside our usual opening hours, and we can then provide a quiz for you to enjoy a social activity together.
